The Bombers Are Coming The Collings Foundation Are coming to KCRQ on May 3 2010.
They will be rolling into the KCRQ Airspace on May 3ed 2010 for 14:00 and finish walkthroughs at 17:00. Then May 4th 09:00 to 17:00 and May 5th 09:00 to 12:00.
We have a hangar full of info on the aircraft and the foundation.
Thanks to Alan Riker for dropping off a press kit to share with the PAA. Also if any of the group would like to help Alan and the team, then just drop by and ask Alan, telling him you are with the PAA. Please tell all that you know whether they are aviation buffs or not about the visit, you would be surprised who is interested in these planes. The visit to Palomar is always contingent on them selling enough tickets for walkthroughs and flights. These beasts cost a fortune to operate and I am sure the margins are very tight. So spread the word. And pick up some swag while you are there.
